About Me
Growing up, I was really passionate about sports. I played sports, I watch sports, and as I got a little older, I realized there was even a place in sports where I could help athletes tend to their physical ailments. In 1998, I pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Hayward with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. I attained a certification in Athletic Training (ATC) in 2003 and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2005, which gave me the privilege of working for athletic teams and out-patient physical therapy clinics.
Sports and fitness has been a major tool in helping me find a healthier and happier life. It is something that everyone can do as well, when guided in the right direction.

From professional athletes to cancer survivors, I believe that we can all use fitness to find that inner-athlete and maximize the full potential of what the human body and spirit can do.

To your health,
Kim Tam
